Closure

Learning Target: In this module, participants will identify the why, the how, and the when of closure and how to successfully and consistently incorporate closure in their classrooms through reading and discussion with colleagues.

Respond: Based on the information you read in the Google Slides and the article, how do you find time to provide a reflective closure activity? Which activities do you believe would work best in your classroom?

Create a lesson plan (on your own) that incorporates one to two strategies you’ve taken from these sources

Practice in your classroom (before inviting the coach)

Invite your building coach to observe and feedback. Email your building coach with a date and time to come in to see your formative assessment in action! (email for date with coach)
