Student Talk 101

Module Description
In this module, participants will identify the why, the how, and the when of purposeful student talk as well as how to successfully and consistently incorporate it in their classrooms in order to provide students with a rich opportunity to think, share, and respond to others. Participants will learn through key readings, observe this skill in action, practice it with their students, receive feedback from a coach, evaluate their practice and reflect on next steps.

Have a coach come in to observe and provide you with feedback. Email your building coach with a date and time to come in to see you implement purposeful student talk with your students.
